Sílex is a technological innovation in Brazil. Inspiration comes from the rock of the same name, a natural formation whose main characteristic is hardness and resistance. Part from the Tecxtone category, is a maximum performance polished porcelain tile for extreme uses, suitable for high traffic environments, showing very high resistance. White Sílex is a special coating formed from fragments of material that color the piece and create unique effects.. Granules of different sizes, colors and shapes, are mixed with the mass and then the entire body of the coating gains the same effect. It is also suitable for use in porcelain, ideal for cuts, cutouts and details, since the whole piece preserves the same aspect of the surface. Sílex Branco was awarded the Best in Show at Expo Revestir, being considered the best ceramic coating of the entire fair.
